Olu Salako , popularly known as SLK is one of Nigeria’s finest entertainers. With his carefully crafted jokes and witty wordplay, the YOUNG LEGEND (as he’s often called) has endeared himself to fans around the globe. As an actor, he’s featured in various movies and tv series including Hustle, It’s her day (produced by Bovi) and more recently the Netflix original Becoming Abi. His reputation as one of the most prolific content producers of our time is undebatable as he has, over the years, consistently churned out amazing entertainment content. His numerous fans worldwide love Boda Wasiu – a character he plays in his social media skits; just as his short films on YouTube further attest to the fact that his proficiency is incontestable. In 2019, after taping his first stand up comedy special the previous year, SLK became the first Nigerian Comedian to take his comedy special ( TGIF ) to the cinemas. This special is also currently on Amazon Prime. SLK has a number of very exciting plans for the near future. His soon to be released sophomore comedy special, TEETOTALER, was recorded November 2022.
